Microsoft Official Academic Course.
Example of a book, 70-411 Administering Windows Server 2012 R2 with Lab Manual Set
There are all kinds of versions out there that will teach you how to administer Windows Server, work with PowerShell, Active Directory and more.
Been there, done that :-)
Also, I would recommend to take those courses and get a certificate if you want to be a Windows Admin.
alright thanks :D
If you don't mind spending a little bit of money (well worth it) - you should check out PluralSight:
https://www.pluralsight.com/search?q...categories=all
Or CBTNuggets:
https://www.cbtnuggets.com/search?q=powershell
I have subscriptions to both of them, Pluralsight has more content, CBTNuggets is a little more formal training.
TutorialsPoint also has a free online powershell interface if you don't happen to have a windows machine to practice on:

Oh and a good high-level overview of Windows 2012 too:
