A Team Recap [1st]:

"Started out in the 2nd split (this means that we are the second best group of 30 teams decided by a ranking system). Qualifying 12th Mystic took the green flag as the only European member of the team. The first 30 minutes was densely packed until there was a small wreck by P 3-4 which spread out the field, afterward the two lead cars were in a 5 second lead over P 3 - 6, with Mystic trailing by 7 seconds (10th position at the time). In the next 3 hours, Mystic drove through the pack and began catching the next group and climbing up to p3 after both leaders had issues with lapped traffic. Next up was Matte, giving Mystic a big rest as he was only needed again near the end of the race 14 hours later. The next ten hours the trio of Homie Matt and Frosty drove (with driver swaps) without any issues or problems with lapped traffic which other teams seemed to struggle with. There was only one team keeping up with us and keeping the car clean, Team R4R Motorsport. With 7 hours to go, Homie decided to go in for his last time before Mystic was supposed to take over later in the race. Half an hour went by with Homie at the wheel and Mystic watching over him until Mystic his internet failed. Apparently, a line broke at the internet providers side, after 3 hours and a half he was back. But Homie had been racing R4R Motorsport and making gains, which set us in a difficult choice. Do we keep Homie in (which saves us driver swap time and Homie is a faster driver by a few tenths per lap) or do we let Mystic in and let a fresh person in. Homie decided by himself to run the rest of the race, taking the challenge and with success! At the end he got the W with a 12 second lead over p2 (wich is incredible a 24hour race!). After the race Homie asked for a doctor to get his arms amputated."

B Team Recap [8th]:

"Starting in the 12 position hopes were high as our 3rd split team qualified very well with vasa behind the wheel qualifying in the 1:37's, Undoubtedly our car was in a good position but on lap one bad luck hit as we were involved in a wreck causing us to have a 8 minute repair and putting us 6 laps down, but if there is a time for things like this to happen its early, and we had 23 hours and 59 minutes to go! Afterward Vasa, roost and Erock drove incident free and clawed our way back up through the field. Bad luck struck again with wvmgnut behind the wheel as he, driving into turn one received more damage due to unavoidable contact. After another pitstop for repairs and now 8 laps down it was a race to just finish, and bank on attrition known in these events. The sun now set and we were getting into the night portion of the race anchored by stints from Erock, Vasa, Squarestarz, and Zafod [Who unfortunately like Mystic in the A, had internet issues at the worst possible time]. Coming into the final 5 hour stretch Erock digged in hard driving to his absolute limit well into the AM hours EST, Jooldst came in to relieve with wvmgnut as support, as the race came close to the end fuel strategy came into play and we were running out, with the help of roost and others we calculated that we could make it without stopping another time, after hard work and a never give up attitude, the B car managed to come back from 53rd, to finish 8th."

"Starting on pole was Stuk with a 1:43.1. He ran the first few stints staying in the top 2 as we had our first driver swap to Rami, Rami pushed hard and went incident free, Renoixwas next and everything was going smooth, car and driver performed well until halfway through his first stint as the server disconnected us from the session and as Gorilla was the only one still in the session jumped into the car and took over from there. Trouble in his stint with lots of traffic and DP drivers that were slower than us but in the way, this was not a good time to have been in the Merc room on TS, but we soldiered on in the race, Wavseeker took over after me and ran good as well, by now due to the server issues again we had dropped a few laps to leader and ran in 5th, as the night progressed Rami got back in the car and ran a good solid stint before bedtime, Stuck took over for I think two stints but he ran great, car seemed to be flying in his hands, then the vampire squad took over (gorilla and venom) for the remains of the night and morning, around 4:30 CET the servers had another dip and dropped to 7th due to that disconnect in the middle of Venoms second stint, a mad dash by the Dracula squad made sure we got back up to p5 in a few stints and as the daytime came and Renoix got back in the car we ran 5th until we had around 1,2 hrs left. Afterward lapped traffic and such as it is in endurance races had an accident out of the international horseshoe and unfortunatelyfor us we got collected in it, a 24 min long pitstop saw us drop to p13 where we ran for last hour of the race with Wavseeker in the car before and after the accident, nothing he could do to avoid it so no blame is on him, he performed really good as the entire team did."

Stats Via Venom:
-769 laps driven divided among six drivers.
-Stuk qualified us on pole( 1:43.1 qual time )
-Spent most of the race in 5th or better, fighting for the chance at a podium finish all race
-Suffered disconnects twice, dropping us from 4th back to 5th at one point. We got back in the car and kept going though
-Kept the car remarkably clean for 3/4 of the race, only a small bit of damage on the front of the car all the way up until the end when we got caught up in an accident where cars were blocking the track
-Finished with a solid 13th place finish in GT3 after extensive repair was required.
