If I'm not back in 5....wait longer!
Quick question about bottlenecks.
I am using CAM NZXT for these results. So if my CPU load is at 100% and my GPU load is around 40 to 50% that would mean my bottleneck is my CPU correct? I know might be a noobish question but I am still a noob with PCs haha

It depends what you are running. There is Hardware bottleneck and Software bottleneck.
A lot of people forget that Software bottleneck is more common than Hardware bottleneck due to poorly optimized software that is utilizing hardware resources inefficiently.
Just because CPU is 100% and your GPU is 40% then it doesn't necessarily mean it is a bottleneck. It really depends on how software is utilizing your hardware resources.
For example, a game World of Warships. This game is more CPU based than GPU. Thus, CPU will be utilized 100% while GPU roughly 50 - 60% but that doesn't mean your hardware is bottlenecking.
Another example, Lineage 2. Again you can have a GPU from far far future, something like GTX Skynet, but that game will just stupidly utilize your CPU 100% and won't give a damn about your powerful GPU.
