I was going to try and hold out for a Ryzen chip because I've always run AMD cpus, But after getting this I7-6700, I can tell a big difference in gaming and overall performance with this Intel. I think the chip will do well when coupled with an AMD gpu, and might even beat out a few I7 cpus. The biggest thing I think is going to be price though.. A lot are speculating around 400 to 500 price range for cpu. If anything it might make Intel drop their prices some on their cpus.
