If I'm not back in 5....wait longer!
Help with the Do 335?
I have the German Premium Do 335 B-2, and whenever I use it in RB, it seems I never get any kills besides heavy bombers and ground units.
If I try diving on a Tempest or Spitfire, it always turns right around and somehow catches me when i'm climbing back up and I get killed.
Any suggestions on what I should do?

Swedish Salt Sailor
Cry.
Cry some more.
Play something else.
That's pretty much my thought on it and how i dealt with the 335. X_X;
One of the last things i'll spade in the german tree. :/

Keep honking. I'm reloading
It's a hard plane to fly especially in Air RB, at its Br it is like flying a minivan against a sports car.
It has the high altitude strength from those engines but it can't turn or climb particularly well.
I use mine only in Tanks RB and really only for those 3 30 mms cannons. Even then i have pull out of a dive sooner then most aircraft.
So with my experience either stay low and ground pound or get high and bomber hunt, avoid regular fighters as they can out maneuver you and get behind you.
I know the pain with it, it isn't the best for RB planes but even harder in AB.

Of course I talk to myself. Sometimes I need expert advice.
I don't know exactly what you're doing in the BnZ, but make sure you level out and get horizontal spacing before you pull back up or else whoever you are diving on will be able to get on your 6 within range fairly quickly.

Get Real, Paul!
If the only kills you're getting are bombers and ground units, you're using it efficiently. I don't think the Do335 is meant for anything else than an air support for ground units.

Get Real Paul
335 B-2 is only good in tank RB
