NVIDIA Geforce Experience. 0 impact on game performance, while recording and can be used to Live Stream with 0 performance impact.
Example from yesterday's Live Stream where I was testing Oculus Rift.

Yeah, I was just testing it in Project Cars and forgot to change gameplay settings and add the wheel. Yeah, position was wrong, you could see me trying to adjust it after I exit pits. It was a bit messed up for some reason.
The reason why I hate PCars lately. LOL. Bug after bug.
You got rid of your Rift?
yeah i sold it off like 2 months ago to get triples. did enjoy it though, but for me and my needs id rather have triples. pcars can totally be buggy like that, very understandable lol.
Nvidia GeForce as well.

Nvidia Shadowplay, everytime!
Nvidia Shadowplay for me as well
I've been using D3DGear for ages now and really like it a lot. The interface is a bit technical/archaic bit it allows you a lot of control.
OBS but the encoder is the Nvidia Encoder. Minimal loss frames and with a bunch more options such as multiple sound tracks so I can record game sound, TS, and my voice all in separate tracks.
Shadowplay
NVideo GeForce for everyone!
Question about this....
So I've never been one to broadcast or capture, but been thinking about it.
Even with a high-end rig (in my case, see sig, and now with a GTX 1080 Ti), is there much benefit to installing a dedicated capture card specifically for this purpose?
I mean, is that the utmost, desirable configuration, or with something like a 1080 Ti, is it a complete waste?
OBS Studio with AMD Encoder(Nvidia is also supported). Works really well and has almost no performance impact.
Nvidia
OBS is all ya need :)

I personally love using OBS. It's super easy to set up with the thousands of youtube tutorials out there. It's a great piece of Streaming software and is powerful for Recording too. I personally use Nvidia's encoding codec for seamless streaming using my GTX 1070 for all of the encoding on it's ASIC chip that sits there doing nothing otherwise.
Shadowplay

I used to have Shadowplay for its ease of use, but quickly switched to OBS + NvENC for greater flexibility (such as having the game and TS on separate audio channels).
