Elite dangerous squadrons?

Why is there not an AODR squadron in Elite Dangerous? And if there is why am I not a member yet? Lets put one together!

The game has no guild or clan support. The devs have said there will be no guild or clan support. They said anything more than groups of four would break the feeling of the game.

AKA The game is not aligned with AOD's SOP and is a logistical fucking nightmare to organize group play in

'Hey, I signed in. Can I join your group?'

'Sure. We're over in this system.'

'....That system is a two day flight from me.'

'Oh, that's a shame. Goodbye, see you in never.'

The best advice I have for this is just add each other as friends so you can see when each other are on. I also have the game, but Irtar is right its kind of a nightmare to organize as a group. Maybe set up a play date pick a system and plan something out. The sgt team can make a channel so you guys can communicate, or you can occupy an empty channel up around misc games area.

You can play with as many people as you wish whenever you want. The only draw back is if you get more that say 20 in a system it becomes framey.

You can have 4 in a wing....same as Tom Clancies Wildlands. We have a blast in there!!!!!
