Lost all team speak configuration

Hey,

I lost team speak server address, password, and authentication information for my name, because I had to reinstall my operating system.
Been looking for 15-20 minutes and can not find server information on your site, must be buried somewhere instead of the home page?
Also, probably lost rights to my name.

I have a similar, but different issue...

Had to reinstall Windows, lost Team Speak configuration. But no worries, I saved what it should be.

I login, and of course I am guest as I have a new private TS Id.

I update my Id on my profile settings page, but still I do not get elevated privileges. I contact my officer and according to him I just need to wait a day or so for some script to run and update the profile.

It has however been a week now and still no access to TS except as a Guest. Is there any additional thing I should do to trigger the TS update?
