    Made it a few minutes ago in Photoshop CS6! I still have it open in case any of you have suggestions for improvement. :)

    Is it possible for you to have the snow animation never repeat/reset and continue falling forever or at least the illusion of it?

    I think so, but I don't have enough knowledge of Photoshop to figure that out. :( The tutorial I used for the animation didn't say anything about that either.

    The trick with this would to be find an effect where you can find 2 identical points in the animation and create the GIF between those points.
