I know on certain mobos SATA connections can get disabled for a variety of reasons (mainly if an M.2 connection is used). I would check your bios and user manual to see if there are instances where this would occur.

    After a quick search:
"The USB 3.1 front panel connector shares bandwidth with PCIE_x1_2 and PCIE_x1_4. If the USB 3.1 front header is connected, PCIE_x1_2 and PCIE_x1_4 will be disabled."

So, since you said they aren't showing up, is this in Windows, or your BIOS? And with posted before, your MOBO can disable some SATA lanes, but that doesn't sound true in this case due to you not listing any network cards or any other M.2 devices. Are all of the cables you are using for your devices SATA 3? Are all ports enabled in your BIOS, and if so, do all devices show up in your BIOS?

When you take it apart, check to see if you have front panel USB plugged in. If so, there's your problem.

Read the hardware manual, Chapters 1.18,1.2, 2.17
    software manual, Chapter 1.67

If connections 2 and 4 are the disconnected drives, (top 1 and 2 on right)
Unplug front panel 3.1 connector. (above the sata and below the power)
If this is difficult with your graphics card installed, disable the header in the bios.

If 5 and 6 are the disconnected drives (bottom 2)
Set m.2_2 to pcie only in the bios.
Doublecheck that m.2_1 and 2 have not been set to sata by mistake. - or these ports will use the sata connections instead of your sata ports.

If 2 other or some combination are disconnected, swap the power and sata cables with the connected and disconnected drives, and test the cables through trial and error.

I really recommend for that build is Samsung Evo 850 pro 120 GB and removing one of the HDD, because most now days HDD have more problems while connecting more then 4 HDD i think that will solve the problem.

    Yes take it slow.
As for the devices, Step 1, what the Bios say you have connected?
Like the others have said, some connectors have shared channels with only one device allowed.

    Did you get this resolved?
If not, start by connecting 1 device at a time and powering up.
This will help identify shared channels.
You may not have as many connections available as you thought.
An add-in SATA card may be needed?

I wish you the best with recovery! Heart attacks aren't easy to return from. There's a lot of points made in here for troubleshooting the sata ports..

Have you ruled out the devices you're connecting as a problem yet? Maybe those 2 things aren't functioning at 100%
