False. The closed beta was very enjoyable. Had the fast paced feel of the first one, but the class system and the way special classes / vehicles are handled with a point based system is leagues better. It won't be as shit as the first one, but it may still be shit. Only time will tell. I can say though that it won't be as bad as the first one.
