Default Can you identify these displayports?

Hey folks! I have an EVGA 1070. I currently have two monitors plugged in, one through digital and one through HDMI. The 1070 has 3 other monitor plugs but they aren't HDMI even though they look similar. I have a 3rd monitor I want to plug in that only has VGA or Digital outputs, so I figure I will need to buy an adapter and cable, but I don't know what cable to buy for one of these remaining ports. Do you know what they are?

    Thanks!

This is the port info from newegg for an EVGA 1070
    1 x Dual-Link DVI-D
    1 x HDMI 2.0b
3 x DisplayPort 1.4 (This is what those seem to be.)

Oh I didn't actually know that the specific term was "Display port" .... I thought they were all collectively referred to as Display Ports.

    Thanks for your help!

Perhaps this image could be of use to you or someone who views this at a later date:

Note that there are a lot of other ports for displays, but these are pretty common.

You will lose fps that way, you should use either straight. Display port or the dvi-d port to support over 60 fps. That's if your monitor can do over 60 fps.

I think you are confused here. He will not lose FPS. If the monitor is 144 Hz and you connect it other than DVI-D or Display Port then you won't get more than 60 Hz refresh rate but you may still achieve more than 60 FPS. With that said, monitor will not be able to reproduce more than 60 FPS. As a result, screen tearing will occur.

If he was using a USB to HDMI or something similar to that, then he would lose FPS, but by using a Display Port to HDMI cable, it will only affect refresh. I use a DP - HDMI, a DVI - HDMI, and a pure HDMI cable with my GTX 980Ti and I get over 90 FPS on all 3 monitors
