Did this happen at all with your old graphics card? Do you still have it laying around, or any working spare to test with since your processor doesn't have integrated graphics? Have you tried re-seating the graphics card just to make sure it's making proper contact? Did you make any other upgrades at the same time, or just the graphics card? Does the issue occur with just one or two monitors, or only when you have all three connected?
If you can hear sound when the screens are blank, it means that it's getting past POST and it could be a driver issue. Drivers aren't loaded until Windows starts up, so it shouldn't be them if you aren't getting past POST. I also don't think this would be related to any setting in the BIOS, but it probably wouldn't hurt to poke around a bit, just make sure not to change any settings that you aren't knowledgeable about.
