    Be more specific! What's the budget to begin with? Otherwise, I can give you a top PC that will cost you like $10k - $40k

    Do you have a specific budget on anything?
    There are lots of things that cane determine whats good for you.
    Do you just want to game, special editing like videos, art?

    I get like 144-200 FPs on battlefield 1 ultra setting while streaming 720p on Twitch
    With no overclocking NEVER lags
