.If you are waiting to join a squad, Please have the appropriate Lineup (Battle Rating) ready.
Hate it when pilots aren't ready, and hold everyone else up...

What I think he means is if you join the room looking to join and they are in a match already, you will be waiting for them to finish so you ask what they are doing and set up a lineup as they finish the match

Yeah if they don’t ask what br y’all are playing, then you have no reason to get mad. If they ask and they are in a match, then that’s another story.

I just have a few preset line ups for each nation. Usually having a 2.7BR, 3.0BR, 3.3BR etc

I wound up causing a delay for just this reason yesterday, but in my humble defense, there were 6 spares in the room when I joined, and I did not expect to be brought in anytime soon.
