    Default In-game workout

    Hey everyone,

So it's been awhile since I was in competitive shape. I played water polo in high school and college and keeping up that level of dedication to working out w/out sport isn't my jam. I was thinking of bringing some free weights in when I play BF1, and every time I die do some curls or dips. This will do two things, 1 the obvious exercise, & 2 maybe negatively reinforced dying lol

I was wondering if anyone else had their own regimen to share, or if anyone had their own ideas/suggestions (don't be afraid to make absurd suggestions e.g. when playing as cavalry jump on the elliptical only on one side...)

    Cheers

I have one of those hand grip things that you can squeeze and two dumbbells and a kettlebell next to me. When I'm waiting for something in game, I'll usually use one of them.

I've got this thing, a deskcycle. I usually use it as a footrest but it's nice thing to have just pedaling while waiting for matches to start or to vent off some frustration.
