All I can say is thank god it's WWII. I'm already disappointed the COD went back to that futuristic crap. Thank u Dice!

The reveal looks fantastic.
Some things they showcased already for concept and possible game implementations that we don't have in warthunder:
Sturmtiger
V-1 Buzzbomb.
Deformation of terrain
Tow'able vehicle (AA gun getting towed in the video.)
Constructable fortifications and fieldguns (only assuming fieldguns as we saw one and they mentioned that youw ould be able to build 1: Heavy machinegun possitions. 2: AAA emplacements.)
Overall. Superduper hyped not only from what i've seen of the game so far. But also because they said no map packs or pay2win stuff.
As an ex-competitive Battlefield 4 player, I'm super excited for this as it MIGHT revive the competitive side a bit.
Battlefield 1 was a total mess when it came to competitive play and from what I see in the trailer it looks pretty fast paced if I can say that.
The main things I'm happy about is that there is no more Premium pass and there are no lootcrates that can give you and edge like Battlefront 2 did
I feel excited about the new fortification system, but also don't want it to encourage more campers. Like I don't want to see 15+ people just sit in one FOB that they built
ugghh.... now im going to HAVE to upgrade my rig.
is it still EA doing it (or fucking the franchise)?
well it's DICE Sweden making the game. Which is under EA. But they really dont care about lootboxes and making extra money. So I'm pretty happy
I'm cautiously enthusiastic. The saturation was way too high on the vid, but I hope it's less arcady than it looks.
