[COMPETITION] AOD WT Screenshot competition - Prize : 2500 GE.

Hi Guys,

in celebration of PROx getting his Spitfire skin selected for the Gaijin Marketplace, we will be holding a Screenshot Competition.
PROx has kindly put up a prize of 2500 GE to the winner, as thanks for AOD's support.

As this is celebrating PROx's skin and the skins that Gaijin has added to the Marketplace, we have set the following rules :

1) You do not need to buy a skin.
2a) The vehicle (Plane or Tank) must have a skin that is from the Marketplace (a list of all of them are provided below).
2b) You can use the same skin from the WT Live site instead (use the provided link next to each vehicle).
3) The Sgts and PROx will decide on the winner.
4) The Competition opens the moment the post is made.
5) The Competition ends at our next Division meeting.
6) The Sgts and PRox will not be eligible for the prize but are more than welcome to post pictures.
7) 3 entries per person max.
8) The competition ends at the start of the next division meeting.
9) Any screenshots that are violating rules 2a and 2b will be deleted.

As I am sure you can agree, Skinners put a lot of work into the skins and each and every skin adds a little bit of colour to the game. Not everyone flew the same plane. The more skins there are in the game, the more unique your plane / tank looks.

Wow I actually have the M4A3E8 camp and Banegejmer does as well. Looks like it’ll be a case of ‘sibling rivalry’ between the both of us xD. Congrats to ProX to getting his skin on the marketplace! And GL to all who submit a screenshot to this competition and congrats to whoever will get thems GE’s

But Argo and Prox, how can i make a good screenshot? Glad you asked! For me, i try to centralize the vehicle in the screen, and angle it enough to show as much of the surface markings and details as possible. I try to single it out from any of the surroundings, but for this comp i think scenery matters!

I always take my screens from a replay, that way I have more control over the position and camera of the vehicle. Let the replay run, then I pause the vid, then I hit the free camera key, select F5 to centralize then at a good angle with good lighting zoom in and out until the coverage is desired. You also hit up the Nvidia Ansel option (Alt+F2) which will provide you with some filtering options and some quality settings. Just remember, the screens there will be saved under you profile's video folder.
