From my analysis of the video. I would say that the P-47 pilot is using some sort of anti damage hack where it allows him to not take any damage. I noticed that most of the HVARs directly hit the wings and the fuselage of the Thunderbolt, which would cause the superstructure of the plane to break and the wings to fall off, causing severe damage to all parts of the plane. I think you should report him, or send this replay to Gaijin and let them sort it out.

Please read Argonaughts response below. This is the difference between a Server and a Client replay. Nothing more and nothing less.

Also P-47s were extremely well built and rugged in real life and this translates over very well to the game. But they weren’t meant to withstand 4-6 direct hits from rockets.

Guys, this is not hacking.

Firstly - The replays that are saved on your end RTMPro are how you saw the game. NOT how the server saw it. In your case I am assuming that you were on a US Server, you are based in NZ so the ping will be 100 to 250 I guess. When it comes to rockets, that is actually a massive difference.

The main difference in damage seems to come from when you are firing your rockets and not firing 50 cals. He is still spewing 50s at you.


Secondly - A P47 has 8 x 50cals and an F6F has 6 x 50 cals - In a head on - You would expect (assuming accuracy is the same) the P47 to take less damage. Also, looking at the replay - He did not take that much damage from you.


That is not because of anything malicious or whatever. You simply were not hitting him as much

Thirdly - Hacking in Aircraft is incredibly difficult.
1) Damage is rendered on the SERVER, so mitigating that is near impossible.

2) Aimbots are also near impossible because the player is always in-control of the plane. The "bot" cannot change where the wings are pointing. If you cannot control that, there is no point controlling when the guns are firing (The user might as well do that too).

3) The only hacking in aircraft that I know of is in RB that shows where planes are.

I do stand to be corrected of course.

The P47 in AB is a bit low in BR, but in my opinion this has nothing to do with the above game/ incident.

I thought the replay that is saved on your system was he server replay, which is why all players are rendered fully?

No it is not. That is why if you try and follow some people (specifically in Tank Battles) you will see "Location temporarily unknown". The client replay is saving what you, the client sees.

I've had bad ping make a lot of weird looking stuff happen, like SPAA shots missing by half a plane length, yet shooting my tail off. Then check the server replay and see the shots actually hit. I've decided to try to avoid head ons if at all possible, because I nearly always lose unless the other guy is a terrible shot, even if I shoot then try to avoid incoming fire.
