Nope! They've done away with the season passes from 2015. Now when you buy the game you get the full game along with all current and future DLC.

For anyone wondering if there is clone wars content. THERE IS! The game has been improved greatly since launch and has a squad spawn system now :) The Clone wars has only begun :)

eh I disagree, they're actually making great strides with the game sorta like how Ubisoft did with The Division and Rainbow Six Siege. Sure the company did some shady crap at launch but tbf most AAA games are now being way more malicious than what EA did with Battlefront ll, and people got on the mob hate train yet steam and CS:GO have been culprits of nefarious loot box gambling for so many years. This game has really matured and got a cool wave of free content coming in for many months ahead.

For now you mean. EA's in backpedal mode and giving out freebies to retain customers because of the BFront 2 scandal and the BF5 controversy. But once this blows over and they pull the wool back over your eyes they'll be doing the same exact shit as before.
