AOD is a PC gaming clan, bud. We focus mainly on PC games.
I think War Thunder might support PS4, but I don't know if they still do or not, you'd have to ask them.

If any games support cross-platform then yeah, i know PS4 recently did a U-Turn and opened up the cross platform beta for Fortnite which you need to connect your KB+M when you ready up in order for it to get in the PC matchmaking queue but not sure about any other games though.
but not sure you'd be able to get into a lobby with other AOD though unless the game specified used Origin for example then you would be able to join via friends list.
