    Just moved my daughter into her first house. I know its exciting but take some time to see what it needs before you fill every corner. Congratulations and enjoy the new neighbors ;)

    Congrats, we did the same thing! took us forever because yes everyone with cash deal offers but we found the right one and it all worked out been in the new house 2 months now! Welcome to the club!
