If I'm not back in 5....wait longer!
It is super simple. The main thing is just make sure you take your time and do not rush yourself. If you are following one of jayztwosence videos or linus you will be fine.

Find some 3200 c14 memory. 3200 c14 is b die memory which is good for ryzen. Also the d15 cooler is overkill. Just get a U14 or U12. Performance is similar anyways. Also go with an m.2 drive. They can't be found for same price as 2.5" drives and you don't have to deal with extra cables.

I suggest you wait for the new ryzen to come out. Around February I think. Once that happens you'll get better prices and more options to choose from

Boycott shampoo! Demand the REAL poo!
Thats a pretty evenly matched build. Two things:
1. Right now that 1070 Ti is showing up for like $1556 on your PC Part Picker link. Dont spend that much, hehe :)
2. You could get a decent Nvme SSD like the Intel 660p for +$15 CA. I would spend a little more and go with an ADATA Nvme SSD (I have the 8200 model) or similarly priced drive.

Intel 660P uses either QLC or TLC chips, not great. You want an NVME / SSD drive that uses SLC memory chips for the better speeds and longevity.
