Got a question for anyone who knows what they're doing with OBS studio-just connected twitch to OBS and while watching my stream on a second account its not smooth, its like it running on low fps. Which setting(s) do i need to adjust to fix the issue? Cheers.

Also not sure what FPS setting to have on, 30 or 60, i don't have a particularity powerful graphics card
