Default youtube, facebook, twitter etc VIDEO FLICKERS

Just a heads up for anyone struggling with their web travels being marred by video flickers and page resets, I found out something kind of amusing but also lame. Don't panic if your youtube watching has video flickers... it's a setting problem in chrome or other viewers, not a computer problem.

To solve, simply open your settings and find the video hardware acceleration setting, and flick it OFF. Acceleration is necessary for viewing HD movies but not anything running at 1080p or lower. For some strange reason, at an update point or something, everyone had these accelerators added to the browsers they use AND they defaulted to ON. MOST users don't need their web-browser hardware accelerating.

Hope it helps anyone having this issue.

Actually, I have an MSI gaming laptop computer. I don't have any video issues, I just know people who have.
