Looking for new Officers

Good day everyone!

The AOD WT division has around 300 members. With so many members, we need to have officers to help moderate our teamspeak, do introductions for our newer members, make sure our rules are being followed etc.

We need YOU in the officer corp!

What do you do as an officer you might ask?

Well, here are some of the things you can expect to do as an officer:
- Recruit new members.
- Do introductions to our newer members
- Do squadron reports once a month
- Help run events.
- Moderate Teamspeak, in-game chats and discord.
- Help people who need help.

If you are interested in being an officer, please reply to this post. We are looking for people with the rank of Pvt or above. You should also fit into this description:

Mature
What kind of maturity you ask? Here are some examples:

-Willingness to do introductions.
-Not being reminded to do your duties
-Being calm and poise in a stressful situation.
-Being truthful in all situations.
-Accepting people for who they are and willing to work with them on accomplishing the goal of AOD as a community.
-Be a positive example while in channel, game, and forum. You represent what it means to be an officer and AOD member.

Activity
To be active is very important for an officer. Participating in events, playing with AOD members a lot and communicating on discord and the forums are all examples on how to be active. Being active shows your commitment to the clan, as well as your motivation for working as an officer. We need people who we can rely on to keep this division running smoothly.
