So I've been on this for a few days now and am hitting a road block.
I'm looking to save an IMessage thread on my IPhone 10+ by transferring it to my PC as a PDF or Word Doc.
I want to include photos and GIFs that are part of the thread.
I've found Programs to complete this task but they ether ask for money $30+ of for to much information (passwords, personal)
Is there an easy way of doing this, any help from you guys would be much appreciated.

I have never found a reliable method that does not cost money. Sorry Ussher, you may need to pony up for what you're looking for.
