    OK, i heard many people talking about an october sales! Is it pretty sure? IS it worht it?

    Long story short, i want to transfer my account from PSN to PC. I spoke with gaijin and they can do it but golden eagles wont be transferred so i need to spend them first.

    I have close to 5K golden eagles, should i wait for the sale to spend it?

    Wait for the sale. It's the Birthday sale you want as every thing except from the last 3 or so major updates will be 50% in-game and at the store web site.
    Think it's the end of October or November. That's when I get stuff.

    So the sale they are referring to happens twice a year. Once in Oct/Nov time and again in March/April time. During these sales, you can purchase 6mo and 1yr premium at 50% off. Every 3 days (I think) they will pick 2 or 3 countries and then place everything on those countries on sale. The premium vehicles go on sale, not sure the discounts. Any vehicle you research and unlock can be bought for 50% off. So the 1 million lion top tier vehicle is half off to buy and crew. I think even the components you unlock for each vehicle go on sale.

    One of the things that lot of players do is play the crap out of the game and reach all kinds of vehicles but they wait til these sales to actually purchase and crew them. They spend the in between times just hoarding silver lions so they get the most bang for their lions. Me, I'm impatient I want it now so I never wait....I'm an idiot. LOL

    Yea, the Summer sale is Gaijin shop only sale 50% off on store purchases, the fall/Birthday sale is all things in-game and shop, I keep forgeting about the Summer sale. They also have other sales that are 30% off like a Spring and Winter as well a New Years sale.

    If they are already researched then they will be 50% B-Day sale and usually 30% on the other sales for silver lions. Then the upgrade research on the modules will also on the vehicles will also be 50% /30% lions and/or gold eagles if you should chose to speed it up. I think it might include vehicle research as well but I can't remember

    It happens every year around the first week of November for War Thunder's birthday. YES! It is very worth it. I will research top tier vehicles but sit on them just to buy them for half off. Especially when each vehicle can cost $1mil SL or more. Usually, towards the end of the event Gaijin will sale premiums for around half off too. This year I bought the Magach 3. WOW! I should have bought it 2 years ago. It is a real money maker for it's tier. They have another half off sale around Russia's Victory Day in May.
