    Default Windows! WTF?!

Damn, the last couple of updates have been raging hell on my PC. The one before the last one I had to un and re-install my Ethernet drivers, now the update from last night I keep getting NTFS errors. Something tells me it's this win11 stuff on my pc is efing every thing up or those programmers at windows are not that smart. Or their forcing me to update to win 11 but that is a pc re-build.
So if I go missing for a while you know.

You running Win10 or did you update to Win11?

If you running Win10, unless you have a very specific and different setup compared to everyone else, it shouldn't be a Windows update because if it was something that problematic, we (rest of the world) would heard and/or suffered something similar by now. It could be a Windows issue, in which case you could try use the check disk utility or even the advanced recovery mode to try and fix the issue, if one is found.
Unfortunately, that smells like a hardware issue, perhaps a dying SSD/HDD. Even if it's recent, it can happen. Of course it could be other things, but that would be my 1st guess from your post.

If you running Win11, I assume you upgraded your Win10 to Win11? If that's the case, try installing Windows 11 as a fresh installation (not an upgrade). Not sure exactly how you can do that, but if you have a Microsoft account and a legit Windows 10/11 key, I'm pretty sure you can install Windows 11 from scratch without much headaches.
Sometimes, upgrading a old OS to a newer one can cause stupid issue like that. It's a drag investing so much time to reinstall everything, but at least you'll troubleshoot your problem and have a brand new OS installed.

    Good luck.

I use Win10 and I updated a bunch of drivers and so far it's not going blue screen on me.
Last night I had a update so I ran the update and shut down option. This morning it Started and didn't even show the bios pic went straight to PC desktop then blue screened. Then I had 3 other attempts it went through the regular start up but every time I tried to open a win utility it blue screened. I finally got the event viewer and each time a got a different error. The final one and to deal with AMD but the others were NTFS and so I updated a drivers to see if it was a bad driver some where. So far it's running. Last week I put in the 21H2 update and it kept losing internet connections so did all that, when the 20H2 came out my PC wouldn't go into sleep mode but it was corrected when the 21H2 first came out.
To update to win11 I'd have to get a new MB,CPU and memory.

Hmm yea, certainly sounds like the Windows update screwed up your system. You were really unlucky though because what you describing doesn't seem to be a wide spread issue though. I did read that for this month, Windows 10 updates had some issues regarding printer drivers and/or networking printing, but nothing you describe. If you continue having issues, try a roll back or a restore point where your system was working ok.
Personally, I have windows installed in a separate partition (C), games on (D) and other data on (E). Then I frequently use a imaging/cloning program to create a image of (C), once a month at least. Anything stupid happens, the whole OS is easily restored without loosing any important data. And because you making an image of only your OS, it's quick and doesn't occupy too much space.

It's not windows its your MB/CPU/RAM/SSD. Run tests on all those things. Same exact thing happened to me last December, it was the MB. You can try a fresh OS install but if you get same issues it's your HW.

I did just that and after fresh Win 10 install, not only everything was ok but my game looks so much better.
