That is fine, it installs to your roaming folder so you will have to have a separate install for each windows user. The settings will not be shared between the installs.

Sounds like it installs to a single profile and not all users. Search and see if there are command line switches you can use to force it to install for all users.

    Try this: https://msfn.org/board/topic/130660-...-to-all-users/

Look at the last post, it seems to hold the answer. I don't use MSI Afterburner, so I can't test to confirm.

I recommend the following, after you completely uninstall Afterburner:
    1) Create a folder named "_installs" on C:
    2) Create a folder named "_installs\MSI_Afterburner"
    3) Create a command line like this: MSIEXEC /i "c:\_installs\MSI_Afterburner\<packagename>" /qb ALLUSERS="1"
    4) Copy/Paste to a run line (Win+R) and test
    5) If that does not work, try the variant in the post I linked using ALLUSERS="2"

Just downloaded Afterburner and it is an exe, not an msi. So the above won't work and there appears to be no work around for this. It only works for 1 user, there are posts going back years with complaints about this.
