Default Is this is a good time to get back into 2042??

Hi there, i have been reading the patch notes and watching people have a lot of fun on this game and i do currently have the game. I have shelfed it for a good while because at the beginning the game was pretty stale and boring for me. Looking to possibly get back into the game. Let me know if its a good time to jump back in.

Looking for honest feedback of the game please and thank you!

Honest feedback: don't spend tons of time reading other people's opinions or be put off by them, instead, since you already own the game, just load it up, join Teamspeak with us and jump in a squad with whoever is on at the time, because squad play, communication and mutual support make a huge difference. Form your own opinion but before you do allow yourself plenty of time to get back into the game, i.e. don't give up after a few matches or when it so happens that your first few rounds back are lopsided and your team can't manage to win. Since quite a bit has been tweaked since you last played (judging from your question), test all the weapons and attachments, equipment, vehicles and specialists until you find something that complements your very own playstyle, or simply ask what works best in the game's current state.
Personally, I like the game's current feel with regards to responsiveness, recoil patterns, soldier movement and vehicle options. What I enjoy above everything: squad support, tactics and variability when playing with other AOD members.
    Good luck :)

Really can't put it much better than Fender. Everyone is going to have different thoughts on the game in its current state and where it's going. Recent patches have addressed some bugs and added new features, but other bugs have popped up too.

Hop in and squad up with some AOD folks. Join us for our Friday night portal server, we do it every Friday starting at 7pm Eastern time. I think half of enjoying Battlefield, regardless of which one it is, is to play with folks and have fun.

Thank you! I will fire it up and get back into playing it and keeping my mind open for the full game, all attachments and maps. Will also look at joining some open lobbies and see if i can squad up.
