Just out of curiosity, how are you finding the new "Drone Age" update? I personally feel like scout drones are a great addition to the game, but we didn't need the attack drones. Also, Panther at 5.0, let's go.

I hate playing anything 8.0 and above because I feel the addition of thermals ruined this game. I tend to play under 8.0 so drones don't affect me at all.

Having spent some time with it and almost exclusively playing top tier, it's alright. Drones are less common after a few weeks than I expected. The bottom line is that any plane or helicopter remotely close to the BR you're in is a better choice.

As someone who loves the light tank/supporting gameplay I love the scout drones.
They're definitely something I've secretly wanted for a very long time and with a squad they're fantastic for team play.
Strike drones however;
Are unnecessary.
Cas is already quite strong at high/top tier and having a vehicle that can hit and eliminate 2 vehicles seconds after spawning, whilst being hard to spot is quite broken in my opinion.
They apparently serve to be CAS for players that don't have any unlocked, but no plane or heli has the advantages they do.
All and all the drone portion of the update is pretty middle ground.
The vehicle additions were fine, alongside the now live mid patch br changes.. It's a solid 7/10 update all things considered.
