For those that have considered turning off auto repair, the game will now prompt you to repair as you click the ready button. Previously this only happened if you were squad leader, now it also happens if you are not leader. I asked for this change and pleased they put it in. Turn off your auto repair.

Why would you turn OFF Auto Repair? That makes no sense to me. Why not just have your tank and/or plane fixed and re-armed as soon as the battle is over? If you don't use auto repair, the tank/plane will repair itself free of charge. But that could take actual DAYS to happen and a lot of people don't have that kind of time and patience.

I think that for some of us the cost of auto repair was too high...

The time it takes you to get back into battle, your hangar crew has already been hard at work repairing your tank. If you hop around lineups, and leave your tanks repairing minutes or hours, your repair costs go down significantly. I have 33million and this is in part how I did it. Originally Posted by AOD_MHare
Let me ask, why would you turn auto repair ON? Auto repair doesn't let your hangar crew repair anything for free ever even partially, costs additional silver, and doesn't make your tank drive faster or shoot more accurately.
In summary turn off your auto repair and save a bunch of silver.

Macjagger beat me to it, thats exactly why I shut off auto repair. On nights when I dont hop around lineups, I will repair before going into a match but when I'm done for the night I wont repair and save the lions by letting the lineup sit at least overnight.
