id been playing with bad sound in-game for the past 3-4 years
tried everything i could think of and couldnt fix it
sound was fine when not in a game, as soon as i loaded up a game everything was just horrible reverb, distorted.. etc..

    welllllll.....

turns out, my factory overclock was jacked up
    turned off the overclock

    sound normal
