[HELP] - Steam black screen issue

Hi, I need a serious help here. Today I opened Steam for launching a game and I am getting a black screen on the screen. I dont know what could be the issue. Can anyone please help?

I need to open the Steam settings t verify the game files, but it did not open. Then how can I able to verify the game files?

But anyway I have resolved the issue with the help of this article. The main task which I have done, I followed this command -no-cef-sandbox in the Target field of the Steam Properties, then disabled Firewall.

After doing these tasks properly, I was successfully able to solve the issue. I did not get any black screen on the display.

Sorry, I didn't realize you couldn't even open Steam at all. Glad you got it sorted!
