BF4 is the true successor to the battlefield series. Not that Call of Battlefield I mean BF3 or Bad Company bullshit.

To be honest I don't care about BF that much. PS2 is enough FPS MP for me (when it actually has more than 10 Frames/s).

Well FPS are my primary arch-type games. And battlefield series has always been my favorite. PS2 just doesn't hold me like PS1 did.

Yeah I was like that with PS1, but I dunno. I don't enjoy the battlefield style base capture system as much as I did the capture system of ps1. I know that is odd considering my all time favorite shooters are bf 1942, vietname, BF2, and now BF4. So you would think a MM version of BF would be right up my alley. but I just get bored with it after an hour.

but I really enjoy the mechanics of capturing bases in ps1 far more.

Ah, yeah I haven't been following the ps2 dev notes since beta. Though I never had any issues with lag on it. Always pulled good frames. exception being when like the entire server was fighting at the crown all at once. Was an awesome frag fest, especially because you got to watch the bullets fly by in matrix style slow mo lol.

Hopefully, next year I will get a new computer of my own, probably with DDR4 RAM. It's going to be a beast. :3
