Sorry that I didn't specify. It was meant for Photoshop 7 through Photoshop CS2.

As for cutting my renders, I usually go around the render with the Polygonal Lasso Tool, then I just Select Inverse, and get out the Magic Eraser Tool.

well guys there is the simple way to get a highquality render....find a render with a solid background. When im making a sig and i find a nice white backed render Its a godsend. All you have to use is the magic wand tool and press delete. Also the person with the problem that u r draging the bitmap the magic wand/ lasso creates....simply click inside the bitmap/cutout and the moving lines will go away. Then click the mouse tool.

Keep in mind everyone, that this tutorial was meant for begginers, upperclass begginers. I usually get into more deep stuff, but this was just straight up for those who were looking for a new technique. I usually blend the render in by erasing around the edges with my custom brushes, and I may change the back ground color if I am not satisfied.

I know that some of your comments mean good intentions, but try to keep the "OMFG LIEK NOES!!!11!" comments down.

    Thanks.

Here are A few sig making links for beginners who may want to try on their own.

I may not know everything, but one thing I do know is you can always "look it up".

After a quick search on Google "How to make forums signatures" I found a few quick ,easy and FREE ways to make a sig or attempt to make sigs.

    1. Basic sig generator (web based , no download). Makes simple sigs and sig backgrounds.

    http://www.webestools.com/signatures...photoshop.html

    2. Free paint/photo edit software. Paint.net is really easy to use photo editing with layers. I figured it out as I went in about 5 minutes.

    www.getpaint.net

    3. Then Google this "How to make a forums sig with paint.net" and you get these short easy to understand videos on youtube.

This one was made by a very young man, so easy he could not only do it, but also shows others how. very simple instructions here.

Anyways, if you ever wanted to try out making sigs its a good start for beginners. (still playing with them myself)
