Also if you want a quick SL gain, I’d recommend playing either Germany 3.3 or Russia 5.3-6.3 in Tank RB. The Panzerkampfwagen IV Ausf. F2 is overpowered at 3.3 cause you get full 2.3 downtiers 99% of the time. I’ve had double ace games and gotten 60k SL and 15k RP without premium. Sometimes the new players will call you out for hacking, which is funny as all hell.

I have a 70% + winratio. 30deaths 130kills in mine. I'm just about past the stocksyndrome so it will actually improve.
If you can't make a silly ammount of cash it's not the tank's problem tbh. That repaircost is nothing compared to other vehicles in the game. Fact.

I have a 64% win rate in my M1,
45 Deaths,
90 Kills + 1 Air Kill

Pretty much every game I am making 2 to 5K RP.
I am also making a profit, pretty much every game.

Black, The best thing to do it just play it safe and play in a squad.

I do play Russian 5.3 for SL grind. That's the best i have found.

Maybe a couple thousand more than the 9.0's but not double and in some cases triple.

This is in RB and i'm going to do my calculations as such.

MBT-70: 9000 (60% spaded)
M1 Abrams: 7000 (25% spaded.)

KPZ-70 7500 (stock.)
Leo 2: 6500 (stock.)

T64A: 7000 (60% spaded.)
T64B: 6500 (stock.)

Chieftan 10: 8000 (80% spaded)
Challanger: 6500 (stock.)
Uhm. Alot of the tanks are actually cheaper than the 9.0's. What are you talking about. Granted they're not spaded but i doubt they'll be much more expensive than 9.0


TL;DR: The clubbing vehicles are cheaper to repair.



Now if we look at Japan we can clearly see what high repaircost actually means. At one point the R2Y2 cost 70.000 to repair.
The A7M2 cost 25.000 to repair and it's a 4.7 aircraft.
The Ki-84's got insane repaircost with around a 30.000 repair for a 6.0 vehicle that will get uptiered against griffons & f8f's all the time.
B29-TU4: 55.000~ for something that alot of players will die in before they even get to their target to drop their load.
But if we really want to focus on tanks. The Caernarvon had a repaircost of 18.000 for about a year. And it's a 6.7 tank.

You can absolutely bet that the M1 Abrams repaircost will be close to 20.000 in not too long seeing how well average Joe is doing in it.


Oh. And i'm not condecending. I'm not one to beat around the bush. What do you want me to say? It sucks and it's not worth it's repaircost? -_-

Sadly, I've given 2 tries each to german 3.3 and Russian 5.7, and both had teams full of fail for both tries.

repaircosts are fair, I'v died waaaay too much in my challenger and am still making sl. Also the rep cost punishes you, which makes you play smarter. or should at least.

Tbh, with all respect, if you're not making sl or losing sl, you're doing something totally wrong.

well maybe i need to use the default ammo because its costing me about 8000 just for the ammo. Then if i lose my M1 add another 15000 onto that. I make SL if the team wins the match and if we lose i can still get about 2000. Sometimes i take a -12000 hit.

Remember, Validuz also has an incredibly high amount of hours in game. He's not your average Joe that plays a couple times a week, or even a few games each day. I'm not saying that he's elite by any means, just that a few thousand hours in the game is a lot of experience to draw on.
