I was serious that Yolo should come fly HB. he has the skill to aim, no doubt, and only one death means he has great situational awareness. I was not teasing. I love flying HB and love to fly with a squadron. I will be bait or wingman anytime, just let me know Yolo. Of course if you don't want to that is fine, to each their own. I used to play arcade only and have nothing against it. Now I play HB almost exclusively but have been shifting to FRB. If I had more people to fly with in FRB I would do it all the time. But we are a very small crowd these days....

Me and henkie taught the japs a lesson in humility.

Teams
Friendly: 4 x A20, 2 x P40, and 4 x ai.

Enemey: 5 x Ki-45, 1 x d3a1, 4 ai

So everyone was climbing on both teams. I noticed the scoreboard right about the time one of the japs said. Prepare 6 coffins. and I told henkie the guy was probably right. and if they hadn't made severe mistakes treating Henkie and I like the rest of the noobs from our team the japs would have won, but they underestimated us. And we walked away with a win. Though that was more due to henkie than me. he killed 2 of them and wounded 2 others.

And it was Us two AOD (ok we had an AI alive, but he wasn't doing shit but flying circles) v 4 human + ai

I got 4 ai d3a1 kills, 2 ai fighters, and 1 human ki-45 (bombed on the runway!)

henki got 2 human ki-45s and 2 ai fighters. plus took out all the soft ground targets and even a few main base aa.

I still haven't gone back to watch that reply and see where that AI disappeared off to for so long henkie, but I did save it.

I assume that was iwo jima? The ai tends to cloak up and blob you with all 4 of them when the time is ripe on that map.

I know this does not put me in the 100K club this match, but here is the P-51 (not upgraded) working with two other P-51s and what they can do. Got a crit on a D-13 in the first pass each time and it was enough that they both went down without needed another pass. We bounced them hard while they were attacking our B-17s The second window is what WWII air combat would have looked like if more then the US had nukes.

Because wingman tactics and shooting Yak-9's down from the ground is overrated.

Oh, I forgot the story. Me and greg were basically the last planes left alive against 7 Russian planes. We took out 6 of them.

And then when Greg was on the ground and repairing after crash landing, he shot down the last guy. He took the last guy out WHILE he was on the ground.

Had a great arcade round last night were I think it was Night_Shade off my wing over an airfield. The entire enemy team came for it while we were the only ones on defense. We were 8-0 and 7-0, respectively, kills to deaths. To be fair, I think he softened up a couple of my kills. ;-)
