    Default ammo counter implemented

For those who haven't noticed yet:
menu>game options>interface, almost at the bottom.
Especially useful for you non-arcade pilots.

sigh... i liked the realism of not having that except for planes that actually had it. But I'll have to turn it on. Can't let the other pilots have an adv I don't....

Not all of the planes have cockpits. I asked for a Temp Gauge for those planes specifically, but they gave it to all of them.

well that I like, because I do my best to fly my planes right near their maximum edge, so not having to swap views, check gauge, swap views again, and during those 5-15 seconds I've lost all situation awareness. Now I can fly strictly at third person, except for when i change to virtual for landing and/or to check my actual nose location vs crosshair.

I know danes knows this, but for others some planes at different speeds change. So for instance in the 20mm tempest mk5, until you get over 450 km/h IAS the planes nose is significantly lower (about 1 to 1.5 centimeters below) than the crosshair, and until you get to 525+ it doesn't even match up to the crosshair. (with automatic engine management, prolly different with manual)
