That's a monster setup. You'd be better off finding a 27-30" 2560x1440 resolution monitor. I'll go out on a limb here and say that no gamer, no matter how hardcore, will notice the difference between a 5ms and 1ms response time. The ghosting issues that plagued LCD panels a decade ago are no longer a consideration when buying a mid-end or higher monitor. You WILL, however, notice the difference of nearly doubling your resolution. If you're committed to buying a top-tier GPU, 1920x1080 is just laughable. You will be able to play new titles on ultra for the next 5 years with silky smooth frame rates but your system will be drastically under-utilized. In addition look for a screen that has high color accuracy and a good gamut profile. They may not be the most important for gaming but poor color reproduction seems to be a problem with many of these "professional gaming" screens.
Personally, I'd recommend a 780 over 2x 670s. On top of that, you could save yourself $1000 by building the machine yourself from parts off newegg.com and you'd have a load of advice/help from other AOD members who have built their own. Alienware has a huge price mark-up and they're not exactly competitive with other builders (cyberpowerpc.com)
