It varies on the plane and the nation. For example: when 4 squad up to fly American Jets and you look at the queue... there are 80 tier 5 Americans queuing and all other nations are in the single digits... expect 30 minutes plus queues. Hop over into a German Rocket/ Jet in the same situation and you get instant join!
