Default Need a better video card for BF4

Game lags to much. Any suggestions on a good video card for battlefield 4?

PS: I am currently on a tight budget

How tight of a budget? $200-$300? $50? $2.84 and some lint you found in your pocket?

What you have as your current card would also be beneficial information as well.

Also, what is your current CPU? Would hate for you to buy a new GPU only to have your CPU bottleneck the system.

$50? you need to save up to at least $150 if you want to run higher end games. $300 to run on max settings.

Also if you have a cheap GPU do you have cheap RAM? and what about your CPU?

A computer is as good as its weakest part.

You can get by with a GTX 750ti for about $140. A GTX 760 will get you max settings in BF4, but you're stepping up to about $230-250.

Here is the problem with trying to upgrade from a crappy GPU to an awesome GPU.

The better the GPU the more power it needs, so you may need to get a new power supply (I learned this the hard way). If you get a new power supply and a new GPU you will need to make sure you don't over heat.

So make sure your current PSU will be able to support a new card or else it will get more expensive.

Also 6 GBs of ram is perfect.

do any of you know a computer $600-$400 that would run battlefield 4 with no lag on medium? Or a build that would? Maybe I should just upgrade to a whole new rig instead of just a gpu.

Bf4 honestly relies more on the CPU then the gpu so how certain are you that the gpu is the problem? You could probably find a decent rig in the $400-$600 range, just don't expect ultra graphics from it.

Here's the second link (with OS) with a slightly better card, for the same price:

Right now I have a GTX650 Ti and it gets the job done for BF4. It was about $115 on newegg.com. If I want to play Ultra, I get about 45 FPS tops. I'm hoping to upgrade it soon seeing how if I get 45 on BF4, future games will be more intensive and my graphics card will start to suffer in performance. But I highly suggest a GTX650 Ti for a tight budget and good performance.
