Repair on Tanks

I am fairly new to the whole business of ground assault with tanks but do yall believe that the repair of tanks needs an upgrade or is it just me. I feel like there are so many things sometimes that get damaged that Gaijin needs to make to where I can repair what I want to repair. Like for instance if I'm in simulator battle and my Turret and tracks are damaged and I am in close proximity to an enemy and only at this time want the turret to repair for a shorter time than repairing both it would be available. Or is this part a complete waste of time to yall ( I want yalls honest opinions on this).

Secondly within the points you can repair/reload I think it would be better to have a different button for repair and one for reload. Do yall as a squadron believe this is something worth talking to Gaijin over or not.
