There will be a Division Meeting for ArcheAge this Saturday at 4:00PM Eastern Time. I will go over much of the questions that have been asked over the last few weeks. More information regarding this meeting will be posted in the next few days.

Our road to launch starts with Open Beta commencing on Thursday, September 4 at 10:00 AM PDT and run to the same time on Monday, September 8. Open Beta will be available to all new and veteran players with no invitation required. If you’ve played during Closed Beta, your character will be waiting for you and your timers on crops and taxes will pick up right where they left off. Following Open Beta, we will be wiping all servers in preparation for ArcheAge’s Head Start, a four-day advance play window granted to all Founders. Head Start starts on Friday, September 12 at 10:00 AM PDT and culminates with ArcheAge’s official launch. All progress from Head Start will carry over to launch.

Not yet a Founder? Claim access to Head Start and begin your adventure in ArcheAge four days early with special in-game loot! Silver, Gold, and Archeum Founder’s Packs will be available all the way through to launch on September 16. You can prepare for Open Beta now by using Glyph to update or install ArcheAge. Well given that I know these guys in real life and you're hassling me about a division I didn't even know until recently you guys were still doing I am very inclined to stay with my current group of people :P

Edit: As for a merger, probably not -- We're a small tight knit group and I am pretty sure Gradius wants to operate independently.

Real life always comes first, but we have our rules. We have a very strict multi-clanning policy, and you wanted to play with your friends. It creates a conflict of interest. You're always welcome to reapply down the line if you change your mind. You are not being banned from AOD. You can always play with AOD in PS2 as a prospective member.

Anyone know how much time does the restriction of races last? I can't join you because of that.

I think they only were reactivated today... They want to balance out the western & the eastern faction. It's a bit unclear how long it will remain in effect.
