Is "Golden Victories" promotion tanks only???

This is really vague, I've never heard of planes referred to as vehicles. Although not explicit, my interpretation is this is a Tanks only promotion. Can anyone confirm or deny?

Its probably a failure to explain but i think they mean both tanks and planes.

it is both
