Wtf "Warning! BIOS Recovery mode has been detected," Can anyone help?

When I turned on my computer today I got the following message
Warning! BIOS Recovery mode has been detected, Please put the file "Z87P.CAP into HDD or a removable USB media device, And restart your computer.
You can also insert ASUS Support CD to your CD-ROM and restart your computer,
if you have done these please wait a moment and don't shutdown system!!!
    System will be automatically rebooted
    I have a Z87-pro Asus motherboard.

I have tried putting the a new Z87P.cap file onto a couple USBs and nothing works, the only time I got something was when I used an older Z87p.CAP file it loaded up, but when I tried to read the file it said "Outdated Image." I have tried my ASUS Support CD, but it too said "Outdated Image." When I put in a USB with the newer Z87P.CAP file nothing happens, a message did not even pop up.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
