Glorious Tu-2S shoots capitalist Meteor in the face ....

There are moments, very fleeting, where War Thunder pats you on the back and says "there you go mate. You've had enough crap for one night. Have one on me."

Went into a battle, alternative history Krymsk, where my team was totally uptiered. We faced a bad guy team entirely made up of jets ..... and yet we still managed to win!!

However, the best thing for me was bringing down a Meteor with my rear gunner on a Tu-2S. Not only that .... it was an AI gunner. I didn't have time to switch to gunner view before the Meteor was on me. Every time I watch the Meteor drifting past with me with bits falling off it I still laugh. It gets even better. I crashed not long after. But, I was shot down by a destroyer. So, the Meteor pilot didn't even get a kill. Righteous.

That is brilliant! But why didn´t you go and chase down all the jets? That other game those fail-fighter asshats that achieved fukk all told us to go chase the SPits and P-51s in our Tu-2s - surely that was a great idea by those inept retards that just failed head ons and got shot down by said fighters?
