From what I understand it's doing a Guild Wars 2 and you pay once and then free after.

I'm a big GW2 fan and I really wanted to try TESO but didn't want to get into a subscription situation. Looks like now I'll get my chance. But then again, I was one of the few people that wasn't into Skyrim/Oblvion. But maybe I'll like it more in an MMO situation.
I heard TESO has a Realm vs Realm, siege-style PVP mode similar to GW2 World vs World.
