Icon5 Wanting to buy a Mechanical Keyboard HELP

I am looking to buy a mechanical keyboard and finally make the switch. I have tried out a couple of boards at Frys just to get the feel of which switches I like but I don't know what keyboard to get. I am looking for something that isn't over $110 with red or brown switches. Don't care about LEDs but it would be a plus. My option right now is the CM Quickfire Stealth tenkeyless but I wanted some advice from my fellow clan mates. Please give suggestions in the comments, because Stealths are out of stock atm. Thank you

I have the cm storm quickfire tk with reds. Great keyboard. I love it. Looking back I would order the full size as the numpad/arrowkey combo sometimes is a pain in the ass. All in all an amazing keyboard though, she broke my mechanical virginity.

I use the CM Storm Quickfire TK (brown keyswitch edition). I personally LOVE the tenkeyless (or, moreso, hybrid tenkey/arrowkey cluster) configuration, mostly because the positioning of my mouse + keyboard always left the numpad on my old full-sized keyboard squarely 100% on my mousepad! I did have a CM Storm Quickfire Stealth, and loved the blank top keycaps, however, I had to RMA the keyboard twice, on the second time they just replaced it with my current board.

Honestly the first thing you should do is look into http://www.maxkeyboard.com/max-keybo...ester-kit.html and make sure you're choosing the switch type that you really like. There's a lot of stuff about different keys and everyone has their preference and this definitely makes the choice easier. I love my blackwidow ultimate with blues, the cm storm are all good keyboards, and the corsair keyboards are also very good.

I have been using my steel-series 6Gv2 for about 4 years, all i can tell you is a tank keyboard, it wont break.

Got myself a Razer Deathstalker Ultimate for a good price. I can't stand large keys, and prefer square chiclet form factor. Short keystrokes, good ergonomics overall, and even a nice screen on the right side, albeit it's not really useful for fps :)
